Red October Hummus Recipe

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
Garnish with 1 tablespoon minced greens (kale for this recipe)
Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Garnish with minced greens.
